Stray Dogs Feeding Program
Stray Dog Feeding
Stray dogs live in harsh conditions, so they carry germs and diseases as they eat out of garbage and things lying on the floor, which domesticated/pets do not. Therefore, the ones at home are clean and with fewer germs and the ones outside have a lot of germs infesting on them.
According to Vedic Astrology, it is said that feeding bread or Roti to any Black Dog helps in removing Graha Doshas in our Janam Kundli or Birth Chart or in life in general. It is said that a dog can change the fate of a person, it can make his life shine in matters that the owner would have never imagined.
Dog is not only human’s best friend but also safeguard you from the wrath of planets like Saturn, Rahu, and Ketu. Usually, people feed roti to a black dog on Saturday, as it is believed that it saves them from malefic effects of Saturn. However, colour of the dog has nothing to do with the planets. You can feed any dog and escape accidents and troubles. If you have a dog as a pet, take its good care, otherwise, planets may become unfavourable.
Dogs will often follow their humans around because they receive attention or some other form of reward in return for this behaviour. If following their pet parent around leads to treats, play time, or pets, dogs will remember and perform the behaviour more frequently.
The Scottish believe that if a stray (or a dog that does not belong to you) follows you home, you are granted with good luck – even more if it's a black dog. If the dog then enters your house, it's a sign of new friendship to come, one that will be faithful, sincere, and caring.
Dogs choose their favourite people based on positive interactions and socialization they have shared in the past. Like humans, dogs are especially impressionable as their brains develop, so puppies up to 6 months old are in their key socialization period.
Tryambakam Foundation is determined to feed the stray dogs to acquire not only virtues but also to balance the ecosystem with the help of Donors and Government aids.
